Prior to his work at ECG, Frank served as the vice president for oncology services at Dartmouth Health. There, he developed a three-year strategic roadmap for the oncology service line, incorporating the opinions of more than 300 stakeholders. His service line expansion plans resulted in board approval on a $14 million radiation therapy program with an outstanding projected return on investment. Frank’s leadership in reinvigorating the administrator-physician dyad and developing a system-centric culture at Dartmouth Cancer Center increased employee and provider engagement and patient satisfaction. In management positions at Bassett Healthcare Network and Mass General Brigham, he played a crucial role in resolving system-wide operational and financial challenges and driving performance improvement efforts to optimize the impact of the organizations.
