Charles Bill

Charles is a consulting professional who has supported both federal agencies and healthcare organizations on projects spanning payment integrity, contract negotiation, and healthcare regulation. Charles takes a data-driven approach to help his clients thoroughly assess the problem; make informed, intelligent decisions; and implement the best possible solution. Charles works to understand projects holistically, focusing first and foremost on the needs of the client.

Prior to joining ECG, Charles worked as a consultant in the Healthcare and Management division of AArete. In this role, he developed a management system for dozens of healthcare contracts to help track payment rates and ensure adherence to other contract stipulations and helped clients analyze their relationships with healthcare vendors to secure more favorable contract terms. Additionally, over the course of his tenure, Charles identified hundreds of thousands of dollars in inaccurate payments by carefully examining client contracts and comparing payments to claims data. Before AArete, Charles worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a federal consultant, during which he supported a number of clients in the US Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration on multiple large initiatives.
